These conditions govern use of moriahtechia.com and the purchase of services offered by [NOMBRE / RAZÓN SOCIAL] (hereafter “MoriahTech IA”): live AI speech translation, process automation, web development and digital consulting.

2. Use of the website

Users agree to use the website and its content in accordance with the law, good faith and these conditions, and not to carry out activities that may damage, overload or prevent the website’s normal operation.

3. Services and product

Live translation is provided through app.moriahtechia.com and is governed by the conditions and plans stated there. Automation, web development and consulting services are agreed individually with each customer through a quotation.

4. Prices and plans

Translation plan prices are shown on the product page and may be updated. The pilot plan is free. Custom services are quoted according to scope.

5. Intellectual property

MoriahTech IA’s content, brand and developments are protected by intellectual and industrial property rights. No licence for use is granted without express authorisation.

6. Liability

MoriahTech IA provides its services with the utmost diligence but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website or app. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the services.

7. Data protection

Personal data processing is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is subject to the courts competent under applicable law.
