Creating an account does not activate a paid pack. Payments are currently by bank transfer or Bizum, following the instructions in the app. For a custom format, tell us about your event.
Try it before the event
14 days, no credit card: 3 sessions of up to 120 minutes, 180 minutes in total and up to 25 listeners per session. Includes one technical rehearsal of up to 5 minutes, which uses trial minutes but does not count as a session. Rehearsals consume the trial or plan allowance. Leave enough capacity for the programme.

Frequently asked questions
Does an event pack require a monthly subscription?
No. Event packs provide temporary capacity without a monthly subscription. Minutes are valid for 3 months after activation.
Does creating an account activate the pack?
No. Create an account, review the selected pack and follow the payment instructions. The pack activates after payment validation.
What should we check before the event?
Test clean speech, the operator and audience connections, every planned microphone, the language pair, QR access, headphones and the actual listening areas. Plan an alternative if an essential check fails.
Can one QR code offer several target languages?
Each session has one target language. Several simultaneous target languages require separate sessions and enough concurrent capacity.
Is AI suitable for every event?
No. Choose professional human interpretation for legal, medical, official or particularly sensitive situations where errors or lost nuance may have serious consequences.
