A practical resource for organisers

Live event translation checklist

Work through these steps with your team before opening the doors. Tick completed checks and print the checklist for production.

A complete rehearsal reduces surprises

This checklist does not replace a professional interpreter when human precision is required. It helps organise technical setup and audience access.

Ticks are a local aid only: this page does not save or send your answers. Print the checklist to keep a record; your browser may restore ticks when you return.

Do not mark anything as tested unless you checked it. If an essential condition is not met, correct it and repeat the test or use the agreed alternative.
