Live translation costs depend on who produces the language output, how many sessions you run and how listeners receive it. A software subscription and a staffed interpretation service cover different work. Build the budget in separate parts so a low headline price does not hide missing audio, capacity or support.
What belongs in the budget
Start with source and target languages, translated speaking time, session schedule, parallel rooms and listeners needing each language. The total venue capacity is not necessarily the number using translation.
Include four groups of costs: the interpreter or automatic service; sound and listening equipment; preparation and live operation; and logistics such as travel, connectivity, spares and applicable taxes.
For human interpretation, request a dated quotation covering the exact languages and assignment. Ask about preparation, staffing, handovers, equipment and technical support. We do not present a universal market average: those conditions can materially change the price.
For software, confirm the capacity and what remains the organiser’s responsibility. MoriahTech IA prices do not include a human interpreter or complete event production.

| Plan | Monthly price | Total minutes | Sessions | Listeners per session | Maximum session length | Simultaneous sessions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Basic — Básico | €19 | 300 | Unlimited | 50 | Subject to balance and safety limit | 1 |
| Church — Iglesia | €59 | 1,000 | Unlimited | 150 | Subject to balance and safety limit | 1 |
| Pro | €119 | 2,000 | Unlimited | 250 | Subject to balance and safety limit | 2 |
Monthly plans include unlimited sessions with no maximum duration per session. Duration is subject to the minute balance and the account safety limit. Unlimited sessions do not mean unlimited minutes: ten two-hour services total 1,200 minutes and exceed Basic’s included 300 minutes. Listener and simultaneous-session limits still apply.
See the church plan page for the current offer and trial route. Each session has one target language, chosen from the supported catalogue; multiple available languages do not mean multiple destinations in one session.
One-off event packs

| Pack | Price | Total minutes | Sessions | Listeners per session | Maximum session length | Simultaneous sessions |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Event — Evento | €49 | 150 | 1 | 100 | 180 minutes | 1 |
| Conference — Conferencia | €89 | 360 | 3 | 250 | 240 minutes | 1 |
| Congress — Congreso | €149 | 900 | 6 | 400 | 240 minutes | 2 |
These are one-off packs valid for three months from activation. Creating an account does not activate a paid pack: request, payment and validation are required. Leave time for those steps before the event.
The Event pack permits a session lasting up to 180 minutes but includes 150 translation minutes. Those are different limits. The Congress pack permits two simultaneous sessions but does not add several target languages inside a single session.
Use the event selector with the programme in front of you. If any requirement exceeds the published options, discuss it before purchasing.
Three examples with the calculation visible
A church with eight ninety-minute services and seventy listeners. Eight times ninety is 720 minutes. The Church plan covers that hypothetical programme at €59 per month, with 280 minutes remaining before other usage. Basic does not cover either the minutes or the seventy listeners. Add rehearsals and other meetings to the estimate.
A single two-hour presentation for eighty listeners. One session and 120 minutes fit the €49 Event pack, leaving thirty translation minutes. Confirm there is no second separate session, listener growth beyond one hundred or additional use that exceeds the balance.
Three sequential hundred-minute sessions for two hundred listeners. The total is 300 minutes. The €89 Conference pack covers those three sessions and leaves sixty minutes. It does not cover two rooms running simultaneously, despite the remaining minutes.
These examples include platform capacity only. Add any audio equipment, Internet, staffing, interpretation or travel costs required by the actual event.
Use the free trial for the right question
The trial lasts fourteen days without a card and includes 180 total minutes, three sessions, up to 120 minutes per session, twenty-five listeners per session and one simultaneous session. The five-minute technical check uses the minute balance but does not count as a session.
It can help answer whether the audio, language direction and listener flow suit a representative test. It cannot certify the full audience capacity of a paid pack or demonstrate two concurrent rooms.
Prepare a trial with your own programme. The minutes worksheet helps preserve a margin and distinguish open-session duration from active translation time.
